Business Manager

As Business Manager Joy oversees the financial, organisational and business activities within the practice.

She joined the Spa Medical Practice in 2009 after a long career in banking, bringing with her a broad spectrum of financial and management skills to support the Partners with the leadership and management of the Practice. She also has responsibility for the management of the Droitwich Medical Centre premises.

Lynnette Taplin

Operations Manager

Management Certificate in Health & Social Care, IBT2, CLAIT

Lynnette is the Operations manager, who has responsibility for the non-clinical staff, personnel and training. She is the IT lead and has day to day responsibility for the running of the administration function of the Practice.

IT Team Leader 

The IT team enter clinical data from scanned documents received from the hospital. They process incoming and outgoing medical records, the reports received by the Out of hours Service, immunisation clinics (such as flu or pneumonia) and they deal with IT and hardware issues in the practice.
